Service rating : Item arrived very quickly.
Product rating : A lovely fit; while I like cotton very much, I'm not so sure it makes a good lining for a jacket, albeit a linen one - it does not 'slide' over the garment underneath. The jacket will go with lots of my clothes.

Silver Satin Cap Sleeve Pleat Dress

LK Bennett were running a 25% off weekend, where I purchased on-line a dress. The following day I got a message to say that even through the dress had gone into the basket unfortunately there was no stock left. I then emailed LK Bennett and asked if there was any store stock. A message came back to say that there was only one dress left in Liverpool and that the store would be in contact. At this point I had even up hope - I didn't believe that the store would phone, and that there would be any stock.
The Store Manager phoned me directly knew which dress I wanted and gave me the same price as the one at was offered on the internet. I can only thank LK Bennett for the excellent service. The store manager was so helpful, I would certainly recommend LK Bennett. I'd also like to thank the store staff at Liverpool and the Internet for the care and attention -they certainly made me feel valued as a customer

Teos Floral Print Dress

Service rating : I ordered from your recent sale. When I placed the order there were 4 items in the size I required. 48 hours later I was emailed and told the order was cancelled due to insufficient stock. I was also told if I wanted to locate the item elsewhere I would not be entitled to the sale price. I think this is rather poor.
