Ordered item over internet, had to chase it as I had not received after a week or so, and was told the item was not available at the warehouse to dispatch it, so thats why I had not recieved,! so I was very diappointed, was offered a small discount off my next order, but I only ordered this item as it was a good price in the sale, so I did not want to order anything else at this point. Very Poor service, that I was able to order on line and key in credit card details, and it said the item was in stock, but then when came to dispatch it was unavailable and I wasn't informed and had to chase.
