Satisfactory really. The packaging not nearly as good as John Lewis, fairly skimpy tissue wrapped in a box. JL put expensive items in a cloth zipper for protection and to prevent creasing. JL also don't charge postage for items over £30.

Jude Jacket | Lovely style and teal colour. Quality variable - good hidden buttons and fabric quality, but the belt did not go through the loop and one sleeve seam slightly puckered. Had to have the sleeves turned up so both faults dealt with when these were done. Also teal slightly different shade to Davina dress. | |
