Just before we left there was an issue with a name on the passport and when I called and left the details they never came back and I had to go round the houses to get this amended.Product rating : Large groups. Service rating : Thank you to Mike Delap for booking this holiday for us every thing went well.Product rating : This was a good clean well laid out complex suitable for all types. Variety of food but not always very hot but there was a microwave to heat the food. Very friendly staff and were always helpful. It was not far from Kos town and Harbor could walk it in 20 - 30 mins. 6 euros by taxi.

Service rating : Great personal advice and very thorough. thanksProduct rating : Hotel buffet food not as good as the Iberostar hotel in Jandia but can usually gather together a fair meal though often tasteless. Location isolated but it is made clear from the website and we loved the beach and watching the kite surfers. Car hire would be needed if you wanted to explore or if you were on a bed and breakfast basis. Entertainment poor and fun pub lacked any atmosphere. we played cards alot! Beware the photos of the lovely outdoor beds and candle light...you have to pay 20 euros per bed to rent for the day/evening!!!! we never saw anyone renting them! This should be made clear on the web site/small print. Lobby area has the wow factor but it is an adult only bar in the evening. We booked level service which was nice but no more than I would expect from a 4 star hotel anyway. Pool area lovely and view from room 747 fantastic. A relaxing break .

It is quite a way from the beach but the taxis are cheap and the bus service is good - stops right outside the hotel. Food was ok, a bit same-ish but was nice. Staff very friendly. Accommodation was good, rooms nice but only cleaned twice a week and no bed change! Had to fight for sunbeds as some people were putting towels down at 3AM!!!!

Service rating : hotel was recommended as being very good for the food - but the food was not very good in the buffet restaurant - chicken looked grey!Product rating : Hotel was good and very pretty grounds but we had to change rooms as no air conditioning working and no plugs in the room. This was not very well dealt with and we had to stand our ground to get another room. One night with no air conditioning was very uncomfortable.

On site they had both an Italian and Oriental restaurant which was by booking only. Both these restaurants were excellent and we used 4 times out of 10 days. Both the lunch and evening meals in the main complex resaurant were pretty average and not what I would call five star. The whole hotel was very clean and facilities good. Service rating : The advisor knew the resort and advised us well. Karen also was easy to get hold of and always returned a phone call or email as soon as she could. Very efficient and helpful.Product rating : The hotel was in an excellent position for ski-ing but too near the Irish Bar. There were, I hate to say, british voices shouting and screaming into the early hours. Maybe we were unlucky this particular week. The food was good, although breakfast could have had a bit more variety, i.e. eggs cooked in various ways, porridge. If the hotel owner had wanted his spa used more I would suggest he charge something like 25 euros a week not per night. Otherwise it was comfortable and warm.

Many facilities not open and in general not good. Food was reasonable. Gym facilities poor. The amount and cleanliness of swimming pools however was good however could have been warmer, and a reasonable size indoor or heated pool would be good. Entertainment poor

Service rating : Very helpful, polite, efficient, seemed to know something about ski holidays - not always the case when booking such packages with other holiday companies.Product rating : I would really rate it as "fair". Poor weather for the whole of our fortnight in Courchevel (accommodation in La Tania) meant we spent a lot of time in the accommodation and around the village. We have been going for ski holidays for 35 years and rarely had so little value for money. For just short of £4000 the apartment was minimal in every way. The "double bedroom" was minimal: approx 30cm space on one side only of two single beds pushed together, and 40cm at one end - no room for the door to close, which meant a cold draught from a wide gap under the front door right next to the bedroom. The usual minimal cooking facilities,but were amazed by a total lack of useful pans, dishes & implements. Minimal bedding/towels. Prices in La Tania's few restaurants/bars/cafes phenomenally high for pretty basic fare. For information, we've stayed in Courchevel itself 3 times, & we have rarely found reason to complain about any of our ski holidays before.

It has plenty of activities that would suit these groups. It may be to quiet for younger couples and teenagers, although there is plenty of places nearby for these age groups and the "high life" area is only a short cab journey away..

Service rating : We felt we had very good service from our travel advisor and all arrangem ents went without any hitches.Product rating : The accommodation, food and staff were excellent, also the situation it was in. Local transport was very good and there was a bus stop outside the hotel, but it was a nice walk into Paphos along the coastal path. The hotel was very quiet, but possibly this was due to the uncertainty of general finances. It would have been nice to have had some evening entertainment, something traditional would have been good, rather than bingo, disco or quizzes ! But certainly the amenities of the hotel were excellent.

A great guy who provides excellent customer service and is always there if we need him.Product rating : Hotel was fantastic. The flight with monarch was poor, again. Both outward and return flight was late and very poor. Red sea holidays didn't update our name change on the computer system so we couldn't check in after a long wait. Had to go backwards and forwards, check in girl was almost rude about us queuing up again. Not a good start and not what I'd expect from red sea holidays.

Hotel and room decor was a bit tired looking but I understand they are in the middle of redecorating. There are a lot of steps at this hotel as it is built into the hillside so anyone with walking difficulties may struggle although the staff do provide a vehicle if needed.

The only reason for dropping this below excellent is that the food was less varied this time, and the full board option was not required, but not optional. It is a great hotel for couples and for dog lovers as they are allowed too
