Service rating : Easily available and very helpfulProduct: We were a group of 4 friends. Food is very good quality and standard. Lack of comfortable seating in bar area and public areas in foyer. Improvements being carried out while we were there so 2 days of noisy work by pools. Adult pool should be acclimatised. Rooms spacious and sea view very good. Beds are not very comfortable. Hotel is very clean throughout. Staff very friendly.

Service rating : Friendly, knowledgable and professional, excellent serviceProduct: Wouldn't say it was 4star probably 3.5, Mad service excellent, beds very comfortable, food ok, staff ok, some their English not very good but passable, could be doing with more staff in reception, many clients required reception staff to enable their WiFi connection on personal devices, maybe this should be looked at and access made easier or someone available for this service only, just a thought, hotel clean, pool excellent, plunge pool on roof free'd up a lot of beds around main pool, bet it is really busy high season, entertainment poor and not sure who it is aimed at as the quality poor, not suitable for anyone with mobility problems unless they stay around hotel as steep hills from beach up to hotel, we did have 2coakroaches when we first arrived in room but no.more seen during week, also had visit from gecko, soup at dinner was sometimes not hot enough but there was a microwave which was fine to give it a quick heat up, all in all a good holiday but just a a wee after note the flight wasn't good, the legroom was atrocious, one party member is 6feet tall and found it very cramped and I'm sure not good for people with circulatory problems as DVT would be high risk due to cramped conditions, would think twice about flying Thomas Cook again due to this but otherwise a good holiday.
Service rating : Thank you Elaine for your suggestions and very efficient service through out.Product: Okay the hotel has problems like a white scatter rug in our bedroom with brown marks on it that cannot be removed. There were not enough mugs or glasses for breakfast and evenings many were chipped or cracked and felt the use of drinking glasses being glass in the pool area's a very dangerous idea but we did put these problems forward and hopefully they will be dealt with. Beer was fine but many complained about the strength of the spirits on the all inclusive package and the lack of wine which was only served in the dining room in the evenings in tiny glasses (very difficult to get some evenings!) or you could pay for a 'wine package'. Unfortunately the Russian guests have caused some of these problems as they drink vodka like water get drunk and cause problems. They also eat to excess taking large quantities of food and leaving it causing shortages for other guests especially at breakfast. Children are not catered for well at all breakfast cereals almost non existent no hot chocolate and at present there is not really a kids club area or a programme for them.
The hotel is very clean the staff very friendly the security tight all round. The food is yes a bit similar each meal they do their best and things did improve while we were there as the food manager consulted the English as to what they wanted and acted upon it. So long as guests remember this is a 3 * its great value

Lots of poolside activities for families. Lots of areas to relax and enjoy the sun in peace and quiet if preferred. Choice of food very good. The room we had clean but not what I would describe as 5 star but can't really comment on the rest only briefly saw other rooms
Service rating : Kevin worked hard to satisfy all of our requests. My only negative is that he did not provide a great deal of detail regarding the chalet and the resortProduct: It was a nice chalet. The sitting room in particular was nice and roomy and perfect for our large group. It is an old chalet so has some issues related to its age I.e. Mould in one room, dated bathrooms but on the main it was a nice chalet to stay wt. the location is perfect.09-Mar-2014I did experience a number if issues / delays when needing to deal with the back office at Coop travel. I find that the integration between Kwik travel and Coop needs significant improvement so that it will be seamless to the customer.
My other comment would be that on too many occasions the documents sent to me were not correct. This could have been attributed to the tour provider and not always within the remit of both Kwik and coop however the fact that so many incorrect documents were sent to me was a big problem for me and meant much more effort was needed to get correct documents.

Service rating : Kevin Gill was excellent, very helpful and always returned any call promptly.Product: Passo Tonale was an excellent family resort and for small groups. If the group had members that like lots of variety or were experienced advanced skiers then the local area would not be very demanding. Great for beginners and intermediates. The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful and the food was brilliant.
Service rating : Hello its me again I am now totally convinced that you are selling accommodation that you do not have First the Terrazamar Sunsuites now the Lara apartments we arrived to find that the accommodation that we had chosen was not available and never was available so the fiasco continues after three nights at the Nido Aguila apartments the ones we refused point blank accept previously a little ray of sunshine appeared in the name of Haley who we had contacted by phone to sort things out which she did admirably and got us moved to the Riosol which salvaged part of our holiday Many thanks to Haley someone who actually cares yours sincerely Mr&Mrs W.IronsideProduct: As you have probably guessed we did not get our chosen accommodation once again so cannot really comment on it but Riosol was of a high standard which you would expect from a three star accommodation yours sincerely Mr&Mrs W.Ironside/
Service rating : Hello I dont know at what point in time you knew you did not have our chosen accommodation you let us know a few weeks before our departure and the alternative accommodation offered was totally unacceptable it was a star less to begin with considreing our booking was 9 months in advance we have to consider did you have the accommodation in the first place and for you to ask for feed back from the Terrazamar Sunsuites beggars belief we actually took a refund as no suitable accommodation was offered then had to shop arround at the last minute for accommodation which we found at three different locations which made our holiday quite stressful so shame on you Kwik Travel yours sincerely Mr&Mrs W.Ironside.Product: As you have now probably guessed we did not get our accommodation so cannot really comment yours sincerely Mr&Mrs W.Ironside.

Service rating : Excellent service as alwaysProduct: If only the hotel had spent as much money updating the apartments as they have on the reception and outside / pool area , then this really would be a great place to stay at again. Spacious and well layed out apartment but in need of upgrading .Very good staff and great location. Not the same now it's an adult only hotel.
Service rating : Freddie Skelton was very efficient and knowledgeable and found us a great skiing package.Product: The accommodation was excellent and would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is very friendly and clean and the food is good. It is easy to get to the slopes and a bus stops directly outside to take you to/from the slopes if you decide not to walk to the lift.
Service rating : I have used Chris O'Mahoney for over 10 years now in booking all our holidays as well as friends and she is excellent in helping and advising for the best hotels and deals. She is very friendly and always very pleasant, also Chris is like a personal travel adviser in helping me to choose the right holiday.Product: Chris advised us that this was a big hotel more suited to families and children and she was exactly correct, however we had a great time. the room was not to the standard we expected and bathroom was a let down as the shower curtain was not long enough ending up with water on the bathroom floor. i would recommend this hotel to families as it is great for kids. all in all a good break but would not go back to this hotel again.

But don't go there if you want to hear English people speaking. Majority of guests were Italian, Russian or Egyptian, which was fine by us!

Service rating : Travel consultant Hannah was very helpful in booking our holiday and always very pleasant on the phone.Product: Although we did request a quiet room on a high floor, we were put on the second floor, which was ok but directly beneath us was a passageway into the hotel, so of course was very noisy with people entering the hotel and luggage trollies etc. We also emailed the hotel before travel informing them that we were H10 club members (Grand Class)and hoped that we would have all the facilities that comes with this, i.e. welcome gift, bathrobe & slippers, newspaper every day and kettle in the room, we had to inform them @ reception as this was not done, so obviously no notice had been taken of our email!!! but this was rectified. Also the transfers to and from the hotel were very disappointing, we had to wait for over an hour after landing to be picked up, which was late @ night so was quite cold and returning to the airport was 1/2 hour late picking us up and then we had to pick up @ various hotels so did not have much time @ airport before our flight, we have used this transfer company before and had we known it was going to be the same company we would have changed it, I would not use this transfer company again.
