As you don't currently allow free returns or even returns to a store I think this makes the service bordering on poor. However, a staff member in store was happy to hand my parcel over to the warehouse driver so I went for Good.

I went to the Croydon store to try on but they only had it in red and blue spotty so I tried both of these on for sizing. They both fitted perfectly in an 8 (10 too big). So I ordered the black ditsy online in an 8. However when it arrived it was too tight and shorter! The 10 is now out of stock so I have returned 8 and ended up paying two lots of postage for nothing �� very disappointed!
Bit of a shame the computer allowed me to purchase a dress that was actually out of stock. However I was offered a 10% discount on the next order. :)
