15-May	Bobby In Black	Service Product	I particularly liked the classy delivery package (the black plastic pouch and then the jumper being in the black envelope), although I was disappointed to realise that "DHL delivery" only started four days after the order was placed - rightly or wrongly, quoting DHL delivery made me think I'd have the shipment within about 24-48 hours of purchase, but it was more like a week in the end, by which time I'd gone to the trouble of contacting you to ask where it was. I am sorry to hear our service has not met with your expectations. Style Bobby is an 'Easy Fit' style, designed to allow more volume through the body and sleeve. Going down a size would make this slimmer but if you are looking for a slimmer, under jacket fit, we would recommend you try style Ashmount, although this has a higher vee neck.
