I ordered the blue online but it also had a small hole on the side; I couldn't be bothered returning it so just mended it myself. I emailed to ask when my order would be delivered and the response was unsatisfactory - 'orders are usually dispatched in 4 days'. I ordered on a Monday night and my order wasn't dispatched until the following Monday. I also emailed twice to notify that I had provided an incorrect postcode for my delivery address - neither email was answered and the postcode wasn't changed. In comparison to customer service, delivery times and delivery charges from sites such as Mr Porter, you're unfortunately lagging a long way behind. Read more	No Comment
