I emailed to ask when my order would be delivered and the response was unsatisfactory - 'orders are usually dispatched in 4 days'. I ordered on a Monday night and my order wasn't dispatched until the following Monday. I also emailed twice to notify that I had provided an incorrect postcode for my delivery address - neither email was answered and the postcode wasn't changed. Going down a size would make this slimmer but if you are looking for a slimmer, under jacket fit, we would recommend you try style Ashmount, although this has a higher vee neck.
