I'm a big fan of JS, especially the Merino products, as my wardrobe will testify. Beautiful quality.
However, I do find the Sea Island Cotton can lose its shape after a while, so I don't buy them as often.
The are two things I struggle with: the ever-changing colour palette; and the really subtle differences between some of the products - I have to pay really careful attention when selecting, which can make the shopping experience (in-store or online) a little frustrating.
It would also be really helpful if you put the product name and colour in the label so I know which one it is, should I want buy the same one again in future (if still available).

The collar never seems to sit properly on my shoulders. Have only worn a couple of times but the cuffs seem to be 'baggy' already - not an encouraging sign. |
