The processing of my order, was very slow in comparison to your rivals. With them I received my order within 2 days, with your company it was more like 5 days. The other 2 companies Sunspel & Fred Perry for your reference, both UK companies & both had sales at the time of my orders, as did yourselves. Otherwise its all good & the reusable envelope is a nice touch.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your comments regarding our delivery times. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We always aim to exceed our customer's expectations, however, during busy sale periods customers may experience a small delay in the despatch of their orders. Our terms state that we aim to despatch all orders within 4-5 working days of receiving payment, although it is usually quicker than this. In addition we are reviewing ways of ensuring this delay is kept to a minimum and improving communication with our customers regarding any possible delays.
