If it was not for the fact I had to go the DHL depot at the back of beyond to collect one of the items I ordered I would have ranked John Smedley's service as excellent. Its a pity they did not use the Royal Mail, which would have made collecting items more convenient than having than having to take time off from work to travel miles across London to collect a package
