I am pleased with the service Joe browns provide, but would prefer it if it were free to return items that do not fit. It puts me off from ordering more than I actually do as returns can be expensive. I was disappointed with the sandals that didn't fit as they cost over £2 to send back, Otherwise the service is very good.
