  • With Jigsaw Online we hope to have produced a website that feels clean and natural, allowing visitors to browse and shop with ease. We have tried to make the information on the site about our clothes as rich as possible, with the highest quality photography (photography and styling by I Heart Studios, video by Handi Productions), and lots of detail on the style of each item, the fabrics used and the care of each garment. The key features page on the site gives an outline of all the little things you can do to enhance your shopping experience. We hope you love jigsaw-online!

Product rating : This is a great belt made from good quality leather in a rich colour. I have a 27" waist and the small fits pretty snugly on the first and second holes. If I was in store I probably would have swapped it for the medium because after a few more cupcakes this bad boy might not quite do up anymore.

The ordering process was good but as I live inGuernsey and VAT is not payable on goods unlike other onlne companies VAT was not taken off and I had to telephone customer services to ask what Jigsaws process for VAT exempt jurisdictions is. The whole process puts me off ordering online and will try to purchase in store on visits to London. I was also surprised by the person answering my telephone call sayi g 'jigsaw' and nothing else, not hello, good morning, how can I help you, her name just 'jigsaw'

Product rating : Delivery and customer service were fab but this dress is a let down. The colour is nothing like the picture and I was incredibly disappointed. The sequins are lilac tone while the base fabric is a muddy beige. Also the edges are overlocked rather than doubled back or left raw and I think this makes the item look cheap. It's gone back to store.
