Looking at last download from me it looks like you had better sort out how the outcomes appear on your site.....the company JerseyTravel.Com. We had no issues with and where we stayed in the "Mountview hotel" no issues either

Service rating : All arangements worked very well indeed thanks.
Product : Friendly and comfortable Hotel off the beaten track but none the less easy to find and a great base to explore the lsland from.
Good facilities varied menu to cater for all tastes.

Service rating : We were very satisfied with the flights to and from Jersey by Flybe. We experienced great difficulty attempting to contact Flybe the day before each flight in order to confirm the flight - we have already taken this up with Flybe at their desk at Jersey Airport.
We needed more detailed directions to the Radisson Hotel ,which has almost no signposting and does not have a name sign high on the building, which would be helpful.
It was very good having a rental car included, which gave us freedom to explore the island.
Product : There were lapses in the service provided by reception staff, but in general they were pleasnt and friendly.
The bar/restaurant staff were very good.
Our room lacked drawer storage, and hanging space was uncovered; but beds were excellent and the bathroom very well equipped.
Furnishing trhoughout the hotel is innovative.

Service rating : It was very efficient to book online but the telephone staff were not helpful. I rang twice with a query and on the second call asked about the check-in and was told in a very bored that I just took the booking to the normal check-in desk. When we got to Gatwick (earlier than the check-in time) we were in a queue for 3 flights. We very nearly missed our flight due to the inefficiency of the check-in staff. We weren't sure if we could use the electronic check-in which is why I had rung to ask the telephone staff about general checking in. There was no-one to ask at the airport and if the info had been on the tickets that we could use the electronic check-in then we wouldn't have been the last passengers on the plane. A review of the telephone staff at Jersey Travel and review and update of the check-in details given to clients would be helpful.
Product : Very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable family-run hotel, Perfectly situated hotel for walking into St Helier. Fantastic breakfasts. Would definitely stay there again.

Service rating : always very good - have used the service many times for previous trips
Product : Nice hotel but over priced and all the amenities are therefore priced over and above the norm. Breakfast fantastic, rooms spotless although tv reception disturbed by the internet lines used in the hotel and rooms. Single rooms have very little drawer space with only a small wardrobe and two half drawers in a desk unit. Cleaners cupboards are annoyingly placed next to rooms and so any thoughts of a nice and quiet lay-in are quickly dismissed by their noisy early morning shifts.If you have'nt brought or hired a car - you will need a strong pair of thighs to walk up the steep entrance to the hotel.

The website was easy to use and the description of the hotel was good. There was good flexibility available on flights. I had to call the service desk regarding a ticketing question and they were very helpful. A very good service overall.

Very helpful when speaking on the phone. Didn't reply to email on specific info after we'd booked. Found the information elsewhere.
Advice about the choice of hotel was excellent and enabled us to make an informed choice. We weren't disappointed. The hotel was very good, especially the meals. However I couldn't understand the necessity for a single room suppliment when the room could only accommodate one person.

Product : The team there is multi national and quite young, the service you recieve from them is First class - The staff training at the hotel must be excellent.
The hotel it's self is excellent for families and very clean. The facilities are very modern and very good. Would recommend the hotel to everyone!

I found them very helpful,I got all that I paid for ...........But the Hotel bed was dreadful,it was so hard,it was two beds pushed together,I did,nt have a restful sleep the whole time in Jersey.the rooms were kept very clean,and the dining room staff,were very nice and helpful..I loved Jersey and will return...soon

Our stay at the Eulah was in some ways disapointing, on arrival on Tuesday, we had to search to find someone, who turned out to be the owner. Our room overlooked the car park, and when we told the owner we were there for 7 nights, he said he would get us upgraded with a sea view by Friday, (our wedding anniversary), that never happened, in fact the only person we saw after that, from the time we arrived to the time we left, was the waitress at breakfast, even the keys, we were told to just leave them in the room. The waitress service was excellant, the breakfast was more than filling and suitable, but the eggs were undercooked, whichever way you had them. We knew we would have to go out for evening meals, but it is so inconvienient, we would only use hotels that provide them in future. The car hire was a problem for me, on arrival I was told to check the car thorougly as there was a dent in the drivers door, did I want to pay the excess of £2.50 per day, and it didn't cover wheels or tyres, it put me on edge, the way it was said, I declined. I checked the car and I have videod it, then and at the end of our stay, I had the car checked at a local garage by the forecourt attendant, neither of us could find any mark at all, it made me feel I was going to be ripped off at the end of our stay. The positive side is that my wife and I love the Channel Islands and we will return soon, the room was good, and everywhere we went on the island we were met with a warm greeting, and although we went out for evening meals, there was plenty of variety.

evening entertainment meets everyones taste, varied acts, great musicians
Product : breakfast has to be the best I've had
evening meals were dissapointing
need to lift the 4.30 to order meals of your choice
I would definately choose to return to Mayfair and bring my family as they cater and are child friendly would definately like to see and experience what it would be like to stay at mayfair in the summer months ie May -June when I am thinking of returning again with my wife.
