I would have booked airfare and hotel with Jersey Travel but I was able to book airfare direct with easyjet at a considerable lower price

Service rating : Very good, kept me informed of BA's two return flight changes, very helpful.Product rating : I've stayed at the Norfolk Hotel twice now and cannot recommend them highly enough. The hotel itself is well appointed, of excellent quality and the food is great. The staff is absolutely fantastic; friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to know! Nothing is too much trouble (even fixing broken boots!), you can't say that of many hotels. I'll be defintely be back again next year. A big thank you to all the staff for making my stay there a fabulous experience.
Service rating : good service in helping set up the weekend breakProduct rating : The stay at the hotel and staff was really nice. unfortunately on the sat night we eat at the Bohemian restaurant at the hotel the meal and service was nice at the time but unfortunately a couple of hrs later I was being violently sick with food poisoning and all through the night which put a dampner to our plans for the sunday and when my fiancée told the people on the hotel reception they were not very interested but the hotel itself is very nice.
Service rating : From arriving at the airport to booking in,the flight and landing in Jersey everything ran smoothly and staff were helpful.Product rating : The accomodation was adequate, clean and comfortable and represented value for money. Meals were really quite good, nothing was too much trouble for staff or our hosts. All in all they made the stay enjoyable.

Service rating : we were not informed of a Northern Soul long weekend would be taking place. we found the loud noise from the music being played until 2am in the morning very unaceptable and then the people going to their rooms after the music shouting and banging until 4am. we took no sleep at allProduct rating : our room was very smelly and we were both very ill the second week, i caught intertrigo which is very contagious, i am having medical treatment at the moment and we are far from being well, i think this was down to the hotel room.Jersey and the Mayfair was a bad experience and I would not recomend it at all. I feel we deserve compensation
Very good. Downside is that the airline cancelled our flight and put us on the next one. Because of this the prepaid transfer was not there to meet us and we had to take a taxi.

We booked through Jersey Travel and their service in obtaining our requirements of a Christmas package was excellent and everything went well on the 4 nights spent in the Monterey Hotel in St. Saviour Road, St. Helier. The hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful and polite and the service all round was very good. We would certainly go back to Jersey again.
Everything was very good, although the vehicles used for transfer was not up to the same standard as the rest of the facilities, lets just say it did not make us feel special.

The staff were very friendly and efficient,The food was excellent. Although the Hotel is some distance from the main town the free minibus provided by the owner was very welcome.
