I have dealt with Jackson's for many years and have always received excellent service.
Slightly annoyed that website said Low Stock. Ordered Item to find it was in fact "out of stock". Would have bought the item elsewhere (and cheaper) if I had known at the time of purchase. A shame, because the mail order service from Jackson's is normally stunningly good.

Generally I don't have cause to complain but on one occasion recently I had to chase my order which was a little annoying as I order a lot from them. I used to have priority status but not any more
