On prompt receipt of the item I had ordered (next day delivery) I discovered that I had ordered the wrong colour. JC Country responded very positively and a replacement item in the correct colour was forwarded. The company even contacted me to ensure that the error was not due to them. Top marks to JC Country for both customer service and item delivery. I would stronglyt recommend them to friends and relatives.
