JC Country was established in 2002 from an animal feed wholesale business. It has now developed into a thriving retail outlet/country store supplying a large selection of country clothing, leisurewear, footwear, hats, giftware, equine and pet suppiles.

Asking how tall I was did not really help. When I said I would be returning the product I was told ok. An apology would have been nice. The emails were more helpful. Read more	After the phone call with Mrs Ross, we believe we had established that we must have sent a Jack Murphy Malvern (full length) instead of the Cotswold (three quarter length) which was ordered, we apologised for the mix up and offered an exchange or a refund. My account was charged directly not in connection to the delivery. No information about the process from the day of the order acceptance Many U-K companies have today a very good process towards the customer, where you can follow the process from acceptance to delivery and thereafter you can track your order on the road towards your address. The account will not be charged before the delivery. Read more	Hello, We do try are very best to deliver to the UK on a next day service depending if we have the item in stock.
