29-May-2013	LEXUS GS450H SPORT AUTO	Service Product	Service rating : I received excellent support from my salesman Steve in the lead-up to the purchase of my car and the collection itself was very well handled. Regrettably, however, my experience post purchase has been poor. On collecting the car I was told that the Sat-Nav CD wasn't available but the latest version had been ordered and would be mailed to me in around a week's time. It didn't materialise despite several emails. After 3 weeks, I suggested buying it online myself and sending the receipt for reimbursement. This was agreed by email. The receipt was emailed and I have received no communication whatsoever since then. I still await reimbursement nearly two months later! It seems that the good service is front loaded and once the vehicle is collected, the after-sales service is minimal to non-existent. Very disappointing.... Product rating : Beautiful car. Would highly recommend it. Product rating : Car in very good order . bad scratch on the bonnet which was agreed i would sort , because of the deal we struck meant there wasnt enough profit in the car for the dealer to sort it, but thats fair enough . Had an intermittent misfire investigated but nothing found , but the dealer said any problems at all bring it back which is reassuring . The service was carried out very well, it's the communication which is lacking. Constant change of staff doesn't help, the original sales staff being inattentive. Product rating : This is my second Infiniti FX and I love it. Collection and delivery for service is very helpful, but would be better if more local- Norwich perhaps?
