Service rating : Wonderful service!! Product arrived with no instructions. Phoned to sort and Kath Smith contacted the company and then emailed instructions to me and also sent hard copy by post.
Product rating : Takes time to work out exactly how to use it but once sorted it appears to be a very effective addition to the kitchen

We had a few problems actually getting the furniture into our house, the delivery men took the doors off and eventually suceeded. I commend them for their patience and professionalism.

Service rating : Good service, not excellent - when I rang to arrange delivery I was told that I still owed £24 and could only arange delivery when I had paid what I owed. Even though I had paid in full when I placed the order in the showroom and had proof I still had to pay the £24 in order to arrange delivery, I finally received a refund the next day after making 3 phone calls to Housing Units. Apparently it was an IT fault, I find this hard to believe as at the time I placed 2 orders in different departments, paying both in full, when I asked my other order to be checked I was told that I didn't owe anything more.
Product rating : Fitted this morning, 17th May 2013 - very pleased.

There was a delay on the supply of the goods which, if I was aware would happen, I would never have ordered. It took at lleast 3 phone calls from myself to find out when I would be receiving my goods... Just general bad service from after I had made my purchase. I ended up being without a dining table for 3 weeks, which was most inconvenient!

Service rating : Good company, good service. Didn't like the fact they say you can only return goods if faulty-not if you change your mind etc...
Product rating : Really like the stools. They do look nice and are quite comfy, but I would not sit on them for very long periods. Great that the height is adjustable. No weight issues for me and my family (but really large people are probably not going to be comfy and could break them.)
