I have made 2 orders and on both occasions I was able to order from the internet and pay for goods, only to receive an email a day or two later to say the goods were not in stock and there was a delay. I do not understand why I was able to place an order and pay for next day delivery when the items were not in stock to begin with. Given the fact these items were needed quickly I would have ordered from elsewhere had I known they were not available.

Thank you for your feedback Alison. My sincere apologies again that your order was delayed due to some out of stock products. Unfortunately we don't currently have the facility to update our stock levels online in real time hence why you were still able to process your order. You haven't been charged for the next day delivery payment and hopefully you won;t come across this issue again.
