Service rating : good and easy to use websiteProduct rating : we had 3 different rooms and in every one we had there was something wrong broken taps broken microwave holes in doors towels looked old paint peeling off every where tiles missing in pool so glad i didnt stay allinclusive god knows what the food would be like when i choose this hotel i looked on a few web sites and the picture showed a pool with swim up bar and a bridge in the middle but when we got there we was told that part of the hotrl was sold off along with that pool so we just had a plain pool with missing tiles and paint flaking off was not happy
Service rating : very easy to deal with,good communication.would definately use your services again.Product rating : Great location, rooms basic but very clean.Poor quality drinks, food not very good poor choice and poor quality.Staff on the whole very good, one or two need training on customer care.Reception staff were excellent.Overall not a 3* plus hotel, when you compare it to a 4* hotel in the same area there is far more than half a star difference. If you are looking for a 2* plus hotel you may not be dissappointed.

Service rating : okProduct rating : I booked a room with 2 single beds as did my friend, and on arrival we were given 2 rooms with 2 double beds in, and had to pay extra for rooms with 2 single beds, this was not acceptable as it was booked ages ago and we had to pay over 80 euros for another room !!!! probably wont booked with them again
Service rating : It's very easy to use the reservation system. The choice is great.Product rating : This modern designer hotel is amazing and we're coming here in the last 4 years. The facilities are large, well kept and clean. During our stay the hotel was overbooked but there were plenty of places everywhere - on the beach, pool, spa This year the hotel was renovated, one of the improvement are the outdoor places in the main restaurant The staff is very helpful. Great program and events. We're looking forward to come again.
Service rating : was fantasticProduct rating : was good hotel,we upgraded to the modern rooms and was worth every penny they were lovely,there was not much entertainment at the hotel,so was not that good for the kids, The food was ok but not for me as i dont eat red meat or fish,there was only cold meat at breakfast and one night through the week,so if you like a nice meat salad forget it as the salad bar was not good.I would go back to this hotel self catering,as did not like the all/inc,the staff were very nice and the cleaners work very hard.
