25 minutes late for return pickup but overall excellent
Terrible. Instructions given where to wait at the wrong desk, Queues to get information where massive. Sent to another area with more long queues. Some people ended up waiting nearly 2 hours to get a transfer. Told to sit down but with no indication of for how long. To get a update you have to join the long queue again! I waited about 45 minutes. Nobody about to show you where to find your bus amonst the dozens outside. Would never use again.
We were very impressed with greeting at the airport, the efficiency of the service receiving a text message the day before we departed took any worry away as this was our first time using Holiday Transfers. Return journey was just as good no hassle at all. The standard of vehicles used were very impressive and certainly made the start and end of our holiday very stylish. Will certainly be using Holiday Transfer in the future.

first class service
No transfer arrived so after 20 minutes we phoned the emergency number. Tracey on the other end of the phone then checked and said although the transfer was on the system there was no driver coming for the pick up. She then advised us to find a local taxi. We had used Holiday Transfer because we were in a private apartment and did not have easy access to taxis. After some stress and expense my son Alex and his partner managed to get to the airport in time. Tracey directed that if we went to the Viajes office at Palma airport we could claim back our £72-96 that we had paid for the transfer. Although the staff were professional there was no system to give us back our money for the service Viajes had failed to provide and we were told to email from home. This has been a achieved nothing. We have received no apology and no refund and I am disgusted by the treatment we have received. I am continuing to pursue this to try to get my money back.

not obvious where the man stands to tell you which coach you are on... couldnt get through on my mobile to reconfirm my return transfer back to airport, had to use hotel receptions phone, had to call back later to give them time to look up my booking. i will not use this company again....
Our transfer was booked with holiday transfers.com, we arrived at Palma Airport just before midnight, confirmation was clear on where to go after arrivals, our driver was there ready and waiting - fantastic service and would definitely recommend to friends/family!

Excellent sevice - comfortable, modern and airconditioned bus. Arrived on time both ways. Excellent driver - friendly and more than helpful when we couldn't find our villa, helped us make contact with the owners and explained everything about pick up slowly and patiently when I didn't understand. Pick ups and transfers were smooth and all went ok. Unfortunately, due to the location of our Hotel, I would have been delighted had Holiday Transfers used their local knowledge and then provided a more suitable small coach that could have actually taken us up the 300 metres of hill to our hotel reception that the large transport coach could not get up and down at all. We had to do this with our luggage therefore the transport could have been more suitable for this transfer.
While travelling back to Airport the experience was excellent as it only took 25 - 30 minutes from Hotel to Airport which is normal time required. Not good experience while going from Airport to Hotel as the same distance took 1 hour 45 minutes as Bus went to various other places before dropping us finally. With small kid it was difficult and after flight itself... I think this could have been planned better taking passengers of same distination together in a mini bus rather than having passengers with multiple destinations which are far away together in large bus. Overall I would say it was good as the service was punctual and without any hassle. Thanks.
We requested a car seat for our 9 month old baby and were provided with the correct size seat in an excellent condition. The transfer desk was easy to find in Faro airport and very efficient. We would deifnately use this service again.

Almost 30 minutes break at service area. This was too long. The passengers were waiting for the driver and all sat in a 'steaming' minibus whilst he chatted and smoked with some acquaintance or other. Apart from that no complaints. Pick-up was early but within advised limits and the minibus was well marked with your company's name.
