i was extremely impressed with the service i received
Driver was excellent, coped with traffic and narrow streets very well. It would have been good to know that wehad to wait for other fights to arrive beforehe set off-we spent nearly an hourin the car park. However, £32.00 for 3 people to Alcudia and back was a bargain.Return transfer was excellent and direct to the airport.
fast efficient service
The sheet said picking up at 10.20 am They picked us up from our hotel in Rhodes at 8.50am - Thank goodness the lady from the hotel came to get us! Otherwise we would have not made it back to the airport in time!!!
Unfortunately our flight was delayed and I tried telephoning the numbers but no one answered the phone. Luckily the driver was there and there was no problem. On our way back to the airport the driver couldn't find the villa although I gave precise details on the booking form but I don't think all of these were relayed to him as he said he had been driving around looking for us. I knew it would be difficult so we waited at the end of the drive to the villa at 6.30 a.m. so there should have been no problems if he had been given all the directions. After two calls to the emergency number the driver turned up full of apologies.
Needed larger car because of disability and cannot fault vehicle or driver on either journey would use again

We found the whole process was easy as we were directed straight to the kiosk and a driver was allcoated immediately. the driver was very friendly and even stopped to buy us a bottle of water each. the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely use again and also recommend to others.
Hi there, We were overall pleased with our taxis, however, one small point..We were told we'd be picked up at 1220 on Weds 12 June, but the driver came at 1145..No problem really as we were waiting in the bar..then he stopped on the road for 10 minds or so to have a sandwich. He didn't tell us he was doing this, we thought he was just going to the loo, but we were left sitting in the car not knowing where he was. Shame about that little hiccup really as the rest of the service was great and I would definately use this service again. Kind Regards Lin

The arrival was a fiasco, the departure very good. I and several others were swapped between coaches and didn't leave the airport for more than hour. The pickup was on time and not too convoluted a route.
Generally pleased with the service, but there were a few problems. Taxi was easy to get at the outbound airport and the journey was pleasant and problem free in a very comfortable Mercedes. The confirmation call the day before leaving had me bounced around until someone could speak English and the taxi to the airport was sent to the wrong hotel with a similar name meaning we had a very stressful 40 minute wait whilst reception called on our behalf to sort it out. However, we were at the airport in plenty of time. I am unlikely to use the service again as we usually go to the same resort and it is probably just as easy to arrange taxi transfers locally. However, for prepay convenience it does work.

The service we received was great! So much easier than trying to find a company and name. We got to the airport the coach was waiting and we were at our apartment in 35 mins not the estimated 1 hour 30. Very very pleased with the service that was given.

Driver was waiting for us on arrival, child seats were in the minibus and the driver had been pre-warned that we needed to collect the keys for the villa on-route. Nothing was too much trouble. Return transfer back to the airport was on time and the driver was helpful and asked if we needed to return villa keys to the office.. Excellent service, will use again, and will recommend. Cannot fault service at all.
The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport exit and we were at our hotel within 15 minutes. Excellent service.

It was a hassle contacting the company to reconfirm. No one answered at the office when I tried calling there. I had to walk about 7 blocks before I could find internet access to confirm via internet.
Hello.... the poor rating relates to an unfortunate set of circumstances whereby I asked for an alteration to living quarters. In the event of the change I am afraid your organisation managed to confuse the situation whereby neither the uplift or.... more worryingly by way of trauma inflicted of both myself and my wife...the departure pick up Apart from the expense of numerous telephone calls, the real crux of the matter was that the uplift was scheduled for 5.30p.m and your local office closed at 6p.m. What would have happened if I had left it all to yourselves? My wife suffered a serious arm/shoulder injury and needed all the assistance she could summon.... unfortunately yours was not forthcoming. You maywish to consider your local arrangments and also some form of redress to ourselves for expenses and trauma. I will say your pre-departure service was excellent and it APPEARED your follow up servbice would suffice.
It was really great, arrived at the airport and very quickly located the desk and was in the taxi in a few minutes of collecting our bags. Much better than waiting on a bus and then going via other peoples hotels until we arrive at ours! Coming home, taxi arrived on time and straight to the airport. Taxi's clean and comfortable, great experience.

Upon arrival at the airport the service was fairly prompt, however the vehicle provided didnt have the child seats we requested when booking! We then had to wait whilst they found one car seat ( we also requested a booster) this didnt fit in the vehicle so an alternative minibus was found and the car seat fitted....the booster seat never materialised, even though I'd paid for it! The good rating came from the pick up for our return journey, the driver was prompt, helpful and both children seats were already fitted...
Driver was on time to meet us on airport, the drive went well and safe, there were no problems at all. Driver was nice but not the most talkative one.. Which is not of course a bad thing either!
