Beautiful hotel in a very picturesque location. Poolside service was good, but expensive 2.30euros for a can of soft drink.

Excellent value for money, only reason didn't rate excellent was due to age- dont feel single girls in their 20's are suited to this, but ideal for families or couples
Booked on line a week before departure, paperwork arrived in post within a few days. Very efficient service. Price was cheaper than other companies advertising same holiday
Service rating : The paperwork came quickly. The cost was set out clearly. What was provided was also clear and the process was very efficientProduct rating : We have been to this hotel on many occasions and the staff and the service was as good as usual, save for 2 areas. The bar has lost the regular older bar man who was brilliant and the replacement definitely does not know how to make a pina colada. Secondly the chinese restuarant was very disappointing. What was offered on the menu was not served. After a complaint it was served but was barely the description on the menu. We also noted that the chef was blaming the waiter! That was our worst eating experience

Service rating : The communication was great, I got booking confirmation straight away. Then I had all documents posted within a week.Product rating : My stay at the Riu Lupita was fantastic. Good facilities, smaller and quieter, great variety of food and drink. The best part was the staff, who were all lovely and helpful. Oh and the private beach is beautiful, lots of sunbeds and never too busy.

Also Rep put a note under the door saying we should be picked up at 19.35 on the evening of departure even though the board in Reception said 20.05. We were outside waiting for more than 45 minutes

The only complaint that we had was that the day time entertainment/activities were almost non-existent and in the evenings the entertainment was really bad. Most nights they had the same local couple singing and they were awful!
