Very good. Easy website to use. Clear details about flight choices and prices. Outward journey straight forward. Had a bit of difficulty reconfirming return flights (although paperwork said it was compulsory to reconfirm 72 hours before) as Monarch (Tenerife office) didn't need us to or take our details. Also, A to B tranfer company missed us waiting outside block so we had to pay for a taxi to Tenerife airport, despite me phoning their office to ask where our transport was. I will be following this up with a letter to request a refund for taxi fare.

|Stayed at Parque Santiago 3. Very adequate, clean, comfortable studio apartment with spotlessly clean oven and kitchen equipment. First 3 nights were overlooking road by entrance which was very noisy - music til midnight, taxi rank opposite wtih chatting from cab drivers through night. We changed to a much better apartment, overlooking quiet side road for last 6 nights which was much better. Loved the swimming pools - salt water - very clean. Good location next to beach. Would go there again but definitely request a room NOT overlooking road at front.|
