The live chat window on the website was great. My phone experience was good. Delivery was on-time as promised.
(see my comment about the EZ Goal below...) It would be of great value if HockeyShot worked with the manufacturer to resolve issues of this nature. I dealt with other retailers that handled these issues on behalf of the manufacturer. I was happier as I only had to deal with one company and the resolutions and turn-arounds were expedited.

EZ Goal - Pro Steel Folding Goal with Backstop Rebounder | Out of the box the EZ Goal was missing an essential cross-bar piece so I could not even use it. I called the factory and they said they shipped one out. It has been exactly a week and I am still waiting for that piece. I am quite upset as I purposely timed the purchase/delivery of the product so I could use it during my time off. HockeyShot Roll-up Shooting Pad - 4.5' by 10'' | The product is not poor but rather satisfactory. I tried a large variety of pucks and every one of them gripped and flipped when dibbling at a moderate pace or faster. The cleaner the pad the more it gripped. As soon as the missing part from my EZ Goal arrives I will be able to determine it's effectiveness as a shooting pad. | |
Green Biscuit | This is a great product. It's a bit loud but the important part is that it's performance is reliable. It would be great to incorporate a sound dampening design so it can be used at all times of the day. I have already recommended it to several people. |
