In terms of the purchase, it was excellent. The downside is dealing with Purolator. The tracking system is very poor and having an option for another courier would be good.

We have rarely has issues with the EZ Goal. It is one of our top selling products. If there are any defective parts, the manufacturer can replace them at no charge and they also have a help line for any assembly issues. All this information should be on your Product Manual included with the goal. Let us know if there is anything we can help with.

|After watching a hockey review video on the product, the set seemed very easy to assemble. The first few pieces went together without a hitch until I attempted to attach the back part of the top of the net. The weld on the left bracket (while facing the net) appears to be off. The bracket is pointed at an awkward angle. Only with me and friend trying to force it in were we able to attach the pieces. After this portion was done, the rest went fairly easy until the netting. The net itself appears to be misshapen as it did not fit tightly around the net and small amounts of excess netting remained. This issue was simple enough to deal with (rolled some extra netting and tied it together) but the next problem came with the rebound backstop. I followed the instructions to build the rebound sections, the netting went fine but issues arose while trying to attach the rebound sections. The pre-drilled whole did not line up so what I have to do is pull the rebound sections apart (on the side with the pre-drilled holes) in order for them to fit properly to the net itself. Once all of this was done, the net itself works great. My big issue is I have to move the net indoor while not in issue, so having to hassle with the rebound backstop section is quite a hassle. Maybe this is just my net, maybe it’s the way they all work.|
