The merchandise is great however I didn't get instructions and was told to call the manufacturer ... did that and go voice mail, they never called back so I went back to hockeyshots and they emailed me the instructions ... could have done that in the first place without me wasting my time and waiting

PLease find a way to make it clearer when a customer is on the US site or Canadian site.Even though I am in Canada, I ended up ordering off the US site and paying more than I should have if I had ordered off the Canadian site instead. Didn't discover the mistake until several days later when I tried to track the package.

Service rating : As in the past, I've found the pickup option a little bit touch and go. I've had to wait at the back door a few times now and it is a little frustrating. Not a big deal, but it could be a bit better.
Product rating : I really like it, and the price was right. The only recommendation I would have would be to post the manual somewhere or make it available somehow on the website. It comes in a very small booklet in the box, and because it has some clever features, you'll want to keep the manual handy. If i lose it, I could be SOL on these extra features (Pro mode, etc.).

PowerSlide adjustable end stop

Service rating : I was really impressed with hockeyshot. The manufacturer of the powerslideboard was giving me a really hard time. However, hockeyshot worked on my behalf and got me the parts I needed. The powerslideboard is a cheap product that I do not recommend purchasing. However, I would not hold it against hockeyshot. They were very professional and accomodating.
Product rating : i really like the work out the slideboard gives. the heart rate really gets up there, and it really strengthens the legs. i play hockey, and used it for a few months and really noticed a difference.
however, this particular product is really cheaply built. both end stops, the plastic has cracked for me. i only weigh 175 lbs, so there is no reason for these end stops not to be able to handle the pressure of me pushing off.
when i contacted the manufacturer they tried to blame it on me, saying i am pushing off too hard. but to me that is the point. in order to get the proper work out, you need to push hard. it is an interval workout where you alternate sliding and rest. they would not send me a replacement part.
you are better of just buying the surface yourself and making your own slideboard. will save you a lot of money and headaches dealing with the manufacturer.
