Very poor service and poor quality blinds. Took 4 months to complete the fitting with no apology, in fact when someone recently contacted me from Hillary to find out if I wanted to order more, when I explained what had happened, he laughed! Our complaint file was closed before the blinds were complete and we had to chase Hillarys, very little contact was made by them. Totally unsatisfactory.
