Service rating : We have ordered in the past and always been happy. This year, some of the products in the hamper did not match the description. They were of cheap/poor quality. It is unlikely we will order again!Product rating : The hamper was of poor quality. For example, the fruit and nuts had no fruit in it and there was no variety in the nuts. The christmas pudding was of poor quality. A item was substituted which wasn't ideal.
