Ordered a pair of shoes that were too big. Sent them back and one of the customer service reps guaranteed me a return date. Turns out the shoes were not processed yet and therefore wouldn't be returned by the date I needed them. When I explained the situation to a different customer service rep she gladly expedited my order so that I could have my shoes in time for my birthday! I was very pleased with that and would shop here again.
