17-May	Self Invested Personal Pension		Transfer of my SIPP to HL took longer than I would have hoped and wasn't helped by HL failing to complete forms correctly and failing to chase the provider I was moving from. However I'm, very pleased with the Vantage platform, the online access, the information and research provided online and the printed newsletter. 16-May	Self Invested Personal Pension	Latest	Twice in the last week I have been unable to access my account due to website problems. Today 2 of my holdings have been volatile. I am not impressed at the level of service from such a FTSE 100 company. 23-May-2013 This may be true but my original comments are still valid. The whole point of offering an online service is that it is available online - force majeure excepted. This is especially true of a leading FTSE 100 financial services company. If Amazon had this recent quality of service that I experienced it would not be the business leader for long! Overall my experience of HL is good - it is just a tad unfortunate that the https access is at times a little temperamental. Read more	Thank you for your feedback. 15-May	Self Invested Personal Pension		I am impressed by the customer service, especially on the telephone where it is relief to get an instant actual knowledgeable person who speaks and understands English as a first language. No press this button or wait endlessly or type in this code or answer this question; just straight to a person who answers your question without first making you jump through unnecessary hoops. For this alone I am prepared to put up with their abysmal charge of £10 per dividend re-investment on a minimum of £200 (other companies charge £1.50 to £2 on any sum) or rather I am not in so far as I will not be doing reinvestment until I am getting > £400 per dividend. Since completing the easy transfer of three of my previous pensions I'm now able to take control of my pension pot and watch the funds grow.
