Service rating : Everything went well from the booking until our return home. Our transfer taxi was waiting for us when we arrived. The hotel had all our details correctly including the request for gluten free diet for my husband. So no complaints.Product rating : Sunnydene Hotel looked after us so well. They catered excellently with my husbands Gluten Free Diet and nothing was too much trouble, the food was high quality and very well cooked and served. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. This was a lovely friendly hotel and we enjoyed our stay immensley.

Service rating : From the outset at Manchester Airport our flight was on time and the service of the Auringny staff, who were very attentive to our needs, we would have no hesitation flying with them again. The taxi was there waiting with an extremely informative driver telling us about the island.Product rating : The moment we arrived and our luggage was taken out of the taxi to our room Our room was clean and had all we required in the way of tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits etc., (if staying longer the only thing that was missing in our room was a safe for money and valuables) we were treated by all staff as members of their family - we had a laugh and a joke with them, nothing was too much trouble - we left on the Sunday saying that we would return.

Service rating : No complaints whatsoever.Product rating : Beautiful hotel, helpful and happy staff, etc BUT food either poor (volume rather than quality) or overpriced. Cooked breakfast buffet poor on tiny plates, no fried bread, hash browns or black pudding, etc. Eggs, bacon & sausages sometimes over-cooked. Supermarket 'value' bread for toasting! Beautiful view from hotel and a super room but too isolated for non car drivers. Eating out means using the buses but only go every hour and last bus back from town is at 7.30 pm.

Service rating : Overall the service was very good. The only problem we had is that after paying the outstanding balance we did not receive a confirmation that the money had been received. I requested this confirmation via email and you did in fact send this in due course.Product rating : Sunnedene Country Hotel provided outstanding service and their chef is second to none. Although we originally booked B&B we were so impressed that we did in fact have our evening meal at the hotel most nights.
