09-Apr-2012	Debt Management Plan		I would like more up to date balances on my accounts plus i would like when i have to miss a payment and i have explained the reason why not to then have phone calls off you asking for arrears back for missed payments, if i had more money i would pay more and get my debt cleared off quicker. Other then that i think the service that you provide for me is a good one. Read more	Thank you for your comments. Have you tried our new GP Online service? It will enable you to see your balances, payments and all the other details on your Debt Management Plan whenever you want to. 30-Mar-2012	Debt Management Plan	Latest	Recently, service has slipped a little - but still pretty good. 30-Mar-2012 I think they were better when they set up my plan. They are helpful and easy to deal with and i can guarantee most of the time if i ask or they say they will do something they will do it. They were a bit rubbish, however, recently with adding a service without telling me and charging me for it even though they insist they did (they didn't - i keep all my records) and not refunding me. They are also a nightmare to get hold of if you don't want to pay through the nose on ringing an 0845 from a mobile. Read more	No Comment

28-Mar-2012	Debt Management Plan	Latest	They are great at what they do... 28-Mar-2012 they are great but I do feel very let down by them as I'm know paying back more money than I originally owed. Santander added on an extra 2k to my debt taking it to 12,000 which really upset me. My financial advisor told me there was nothing they could do about it as it was intrest that was agreed when I took out the loan. Had I of known this imformation when I took out my plan, I would not have done it. I feel like I have been cheated out of the system in a way. I thought the interest was suppost to freeze. i've increased my payments since I've been on the plan so I do feel I'm making every effort to get off it. Read more	Thank you for your comments. We do always negotiate with creditors to try to get them to freeze interest and charges once your debt management plan is up and running. However, they won't always do this. Sadly some lenders expect to receive full repayment as per the original loan agreement, this will include interest for the full term of the loan, which is why it may seem that your balance has increased. Well done for increasing your payments this will certainly help reduce your debt more quickly. Your Personal Finance Manager will give you a buzz just to chat through where you are up to. 26-Mar-2012	Debt Management Plan		I understand how difficult it is to persuade creditors to stop adding interest while GP are attempting to arrange an affordable repayment plan for each individual in trouble. I have no problem with their diligent approach. I only wish it was easier to reach a personal advisor when they ask for a return call. Other than that I am happy enough. Debt is largely our own responsibility and I have seen mine slowly become more manageable and under control, so I can't complain. Read more	No Comment
