27-Aug-2012	Debt Management Plan		As a 'New Client' progress seems to be Good. GP text me everytime they receive my creditors mail which I send in pre-paid envelopes (supplied by GP). If I do have any 'Q' there is always a calm, cool & collective GP representative on the other end who makes me feel my worries have passed bye, they listen to my concern(s) and 'A' straight away or they will investigate and call me back, which they have done whenever required. I DO feel I am in good hands and appreciate there is someone out there to help me with all my Debts and I can carry on living my life. Thank You so much GP Team. Read more	No Comment

We have also introduced GP online, an online portal that allows you to monitor your plan, its progress, review all your personal information, as well as much more. 24-Aug-2012	Debt Management Plan		There is no option for indifferent, so I have selected poor. People are friendly but the you need to spend A LOT of time on the phone with them. We have introduced GP online, an online portal that allows you to monitor details of your plan, keep on top of its progress and review your personal information, receive all your correspondence in a paperless fashion, as well as much more, which you may find more convenient. I have requested a Personal Finance Manager gives you a call to discuss you preferred contact times and methods, to try and find something that suits your needs. They were up front with the costs and also what they could do and what they could not promise. In my case they were able to get companies to accept affordable payments for me and my wife and also get them to freeze the interest for a period of time. On contacting my creditors and infomring them of my problems and i ninformed them who was dealing with them they stopped the calls and letters. By leaving the negotiations to GP I felt a weight lift of my shoulders. They also kept me informed and let me know when an agreement had been made with my creditors. And the statements and updates allow me to monitor my situation. Read more	No Comment
