12-Sep-2012	Debt Management Plan		I was very upset by one of your colleages recently, his name was Kevin and he worked in the payments department. He was very rude to me and made me out to be a liar so much so that I put the phone down on him. I did phone back and report him but Jenny did not sound that interested and was more interested in my payments. If the service does not improve in the next month or so I will be thinking of changing companies. 27-Aug-2012	Debt Management Plan		As a 'New Client' progress seems to be Good. GP text me everytime they receive my creditors mail which I send in pre-paid envelopes (supplied by GP). If I do have any 'Q' there is always a calm, cool & collective GP representative on the other end who makes me feel my worries have passed bye, they listen to my concern(s) and 'A' straight away or they will investigate and call me back, which they have done whenever required. I DO feel I am in good hands and appreciate there is someone out there to help me with all my Debts and I can carry on living my life. Thank You so much GP Team. Read more	No Comment

We have also introduced GP online, an online portal that allows you to monitor your plan, its progress, review all your personal information, as well as much more. 24-Aug-2012	Debt Management Plan		There is no option for indifferent, so I have selected poor. People are friendly but the you need to spend A LOT of time on the phone with them.
