I have found the staff excellent, and my personal advisor Kate has been brilliant. I first got in touch with them a few years ago when my debt situation was getting out of hand. I now have no stress and am still paying off my debts slowly but very surely. You get regular feedback on how much you have paid and still owe, and that is very reassuring.
