Communication during the first week or two was amazing, the promise of always talking to the same person sounded great, such a shame it doesn't work in practice. The communication on what is and isn't arranged and agreed could be a lot better, in fact the statements have caused confusion and required phone calls to sort out. As someone who works in customer service I do have certain expectations. I also am very hopeful that the new email communication when it comes will improve things a lot.
I got married in this time and it has taken along time to get the right name on communication, not just change of surname but at one point they changed the surname but still called me Miss.
Ok but could be better is my view. For £50 a month I expect better.
