A bit of an O2 love-fest: the plenary chair did his best, but some more challenge/comparison would have made it even more useful.

Yes - always a challlenge to not be too celebratory when you are trying to draw out the highlights. Maybe we could find other ways for people to put the harder questions across? Can be difficult with a CEO?
