My gripe is that the product is very very over-priced..... its only a SPI to UCB adapter. Read more	The Cheetah is a high-speed SPI USB interface. We do offer the lower cost Aardvark SPI interface, however, it is a lower speed device. The Cheetah also includes Data Centre software which is updated free of charge. The cable is suitable for normal usage. If you are making frequent connections then perhaps a higher spec cable would be more appropriate. I will pass your feedback to Total Phase who, I know are keen to find out the experience of customers. John Legg

It seems that Royal Mail have not yet delivered the first the following day - this is unfortunate. As soon as you reported the item had not been delivered we sent a second by UPS at our expense. Causing a short circuit to the sytem and thus breaking it. I think this is a bad design practice to have multiple identical ports that can be wronlgy connected by mistake. For a device that cost that much I would expect some sort of short circuit or wrong polarity protection. Read more	This is unfortunate. Let me discuss this with Amfeltec and see what we can do.
