It is my first experience with Grand Illusions and they proved to be a top notch company. They sent me an extra Spiraculum free of charge, without even asking them to do such a thing. It greatly proves their business ethics: customer satisfaction their utmost strategy.
The connectors on the blue tube that came with it were not ideally sized for each other, so it is quite difficult to connect and disconnect them.
Love it. I am "amazing my friends" and am continuing astonished myself.
