a new twist on the old principle
It is my first experience with Grand Illusions and they proved to be a top notch company. They sent me an extra Spiraculum free of charge, without even asking them to do such a thing. It greatly proves their business ethics: customer satisfaction their utmost strategy.
Wonderful toy (couldn't find it elsewhere) - a little pricey, but excellent workmanship nonetheless.
