A prompt, reliable service.
I would have rated this "Fair" (between "Good" and "Poor") if that had been an option. When it works, it's a very neat conversation piece for a nice low price. But the English instructions that came with the product were missing some key steps (I would have damaged the product if I'd tried to follow those instructions; fortunately I was able to make it work by using Google Translate to convert the German instructions I found online). And the product apparently sinks if left in water overnight (even though I found a workaround -- put another tea light in the water under the cork for extra buoyancy). In both cases I think the problems could have been avoided by using some "beta testers" to send the product for testing and feedback, and then incorporating their feedback into the instruction sheets that come with the product, before offering it to the general public. (I already sent an email volunteering to be a beta tester if they needed some.)
