Great toys and arrived in good condition.

I lead a Valentine's Day Party for 4th graders featuring many products from Grand Illusions. Magnetism, Electricity, and Chemistry are not just words of LOVE. The Guassian Guns were a favorite (we shot them down and around a Darda race track so we didn't lose the ball bearings). The kids loved experimenting with 2 Guassian Guns -- firing them towards each other, using differing numbers of magnets and differing numbers of ball bearings, etc.

items were for my son in law he like alsorts of quiky thing and items that demostrate different laws his face was a picture when he open the brown box
Service was good. I accidentally ordered a refill kit instead of the actual product. When I notified service they were accommodating. I decided to save everyone some time and money and not send my items back since shipping costs were prohibitive.

Nice toy to pay with
Initially service was very good but replacement of faulty item took longer than expected.
This is one of the best demonstrations on conservation of energy I have ever seen. I am making a lab out of it requiring my students to calculate the magnetic field of the magnets based on teh change in momentum of the ball bearing. Thanks for having such a wonderful device.
