Its super easy to open up and tip into the bin. It is not the most maneuverable hose, but you only have to go over a spot once and its done. For the price it is great value and has made my life easier.

Service rating : freight was okProduct rating : the shampooer has too many gadgits that quickly bind up with fluff. there are so many vacuum joins that leak. within 2 days the sprayer refused to pump despite rechecking everything that could be at fault. now the unit sits unused as a piece of garbage. we have since bought a Drimax unit that is brilliant. thx for the piece $1000 rubbish!
Service rating : But when I did visit the Duendin store I got rude service and trip and nearly hung myself on the power cord that was hanging. The guy there just look at me and smiled. The youngest one is a spiller so I often have little patches of milk on the carpet, not to mention all sorts of little drops, drip, dribbles and oopsies. The vax rapide picks it up and cleans the carpet well. I still use a commercial cleaner once every three or 4 months because no domestic cleaner could match my kids, but in between times the VRSC is a godsend! Stops the carpets from becoming terribly stained and picks up any adult accidents as well-in particular RED WINE!
