Goods arrived soaking wet and have had to return them. Courier was blamed, but feel that the way in which the items were packed was surely a contributing factor! Inconvenient to have to return and now waiting for replacements. Only redeeming factor is that the cushion covers are beautiful.

Very poor website and poor after sales service .
Very good but think the website ordering page could be made easier. Once put the address in, it then shows up one line twice. Couldn't order 2 different sizes of pillowcase as one size wouldn't log in to the basket. After a phone call this was rectified but was a bit of a hassle.
