From NZ, I ordered a personalised bottle of champagne to be delivered to our London based daughter on her engagement. The product was delivered within a few days of ordering. Her and her fiancee were surprised and pleased with the product. As yet they have not opened the bottle, so I can not attest to the quality of the champagne.

When informed of this Getting Personal immediately offered a refund or replacement, albeit we had to pay return postage, plus missed the recipents 50th birthdayProduct rating : We returned the original plectrum and received the replacement very quickly. However, although this was also scratched and we had already missed the birthday, we presented it. Overall the service was good but the product was sub-standard.
