Prompt despatch
I ordered a lighter as a gift it come scratched and not in very good condition at all!! Whoever checks the products before they are sent out did not do their job properly at all. This is the second product I have had sent to me faulty. Will not be using the site again.

I ordered items that were stated 24 delivery, they were then sent out via Royal Mail which was not 24 hour delivery and I am still waiting for one item to be delivered.

i think they need to be a little more careful on sending offers via email and not being able to fulfill them as if you use a promotion offer on the website you cant use the one they sent you aswell thats a little naughty! products are fun though and have always delivered
Product arrived well within expected time and was exactly what it says on the tin. One of the magnets fell out but was easily fixed back in place with superglue. Made a very personal and well received present. Stood out from the rest.

I sent a faulty item back to get replaced but the entire process took so long with tardy responses from the customer service team! In fact, it has been 2 weeks and the replacement item, which was supposed to be a present, has not even arrived. Will be bringing a PayPal claim against them.

Although the card arrived with printing errors. getting personnel did not waste any time in trying to solve the issue. customer services tried there up most to get another card to me on time however due to the post it woudn't arrive on time so issued me straight away with a refund no questions asked. i have ordered many times from getting personnel and have never had any problems. Ordered a Fathers Day card and asked for it to be send to my address not straight to the recipient but it was sent without an envelope?! Why would a card be bought without one?! Why on earth is there even an option to ask for one, surely its common place to give someone a card in an envelope so why sell a card at £3 without a bloody envelope? ridiculous. The option to ask for an envelope (riduculus as most would assume it comes with one) was not made clear and obvious at the time of ordering or reviewing the order in the basket. £10.99 for a mug with 10personalised characters on sees very pricy when i can get a full personalised photo mug for cheeper in most highstreet locations. Slow unpredictable delivery (card arriving 6days after mug) and the tracking feature on the website showed it as "complete" simply because i had been dispatched. I would prefer to see "your order has been despatched and is on its way" then "your order should have reached you by now/ date". Estimated delivery dates would be helpful.

Today is June 16th, i ordered 2 personalised mugs on Saturday June 1st. Underneath the mugs it states despatch with 72 hours. By the Wednesday at midday they still had not been despatched. I called and emailed 4 times and was given a different answer. Apparently somewhere on the website it states it is 'working hours' but on the actual mug page it just says 72 hours!!!! So the mugs were posted later on the 5th. I paid for express delivery, most cases next day, but on the 9th still no mugs!!!!!! GP have reordered them but today i am still waiting!! I would not buy from GP again!!
