Compared to other providers, Gardening Direct offer the best service and supern quality plants. I tried The Canny Gardener before choosing Gardening direct and the quality of plants was disgusting.

Service rating : arrived but the plants were not the 24 large plants.Product rating : Out of the 24 we only manage to get six to survive the rest just died and they were in very poor conduction when we received them, that is why my wife telephone you. We are still waiting for the replacements as promised but we want LARGE PLANTS this time.Also we are waiting for the 24 XL large plants of White Lavender.
Carrier left begonias with a neighbour and left a card. Geraniums were sent but as was out carrier left a card - no carrier contact number. Third visit geraniums were left on the door step - we were at home, the bell working but was not rung.

I feel that, due to the recent inclement weather, despatch should have been delayed. Another company I have used to order plants have delayed their despatch dates for this reason.
for the price I paid I expect products that are in tip-top condition also ordered mystery plant offer not worth the money even at the reduced price

Service rating : The latest deliveries are fine. However, the acer I ordered and had delivered last autumn, has not survived. As I have not got the original receipt slip any more, I have been unable to report it. It is in a large pot in ericacious soil and was sent from the Channel Isles.
